The Beauty of Doing the Right Thing
The first place where we often experience awe in our lives is when we witness the moral beauty over the kindness, strength, courage and grit of others, a place where, as Toni Morrison phrased it, “we allow goodness its own speech.” We let it speak for itself. Often, we are left in awe at those who simply do the right thing.

You Are Not Alone
When we are connected to those around us, we are able to feel God’s presence in our lives. It’s through naming and sharing our struggles that we feel more connected to one another, and more connected to God. When we share our struggles out loud, they lose their power and we can draw strength from the knowledge that we are not alone, and that there are others who are walking alongside us on our journey.
